Member Value Plus Program
The MVP program rewards REALTORS® for being active in your participant in your national association. Every two weeks a new MVP offer will be announced. Advocacy
NAR's Government Affairs division works develop, advance, and implement the federal legislative objectives of the REALTOR® association. All of your listings, with a photo, are always posted for free, but you can enhance your presence and listings with what consumers want most online—multiple photos, detailed descriptions, virtual tours, and more. To receive this benefit you must be an MLS participant and your MLS must be a realtor.com® data content provider.
The goal of Realtors Property Resource® (RPR) is to provide NAR members access to a national database of valuable data on every property in the United States. With RPR, you have unparalleled access to data that will give you a competitive edge with your clients.
At its base are over 160 million property records, built from public record and assessment information. Code of Ethics: Only REALTORS® are held to the NAR Code of Ethics, ensuring that when a buyer or seller hires a REALTOR®, they can be certain they are enlisting the services of someone possessing the highest level of professional and ethical standards in the industry. In addition, REALTOR® Membership provides Arbitration and Mediation services as required.
Education: Only REALTORS® are eligible to take advanced Designation and Certification Courses, which allow them to specialize and excel in specialized areas of real estate practice, such as New Home Buyers, Seniors, Relocations or Military Families.
Political Action and Clout: At the National, State and Local Levels, REALTORS® are a powerful force on the political scene, supporting and influencing those officials and candidates who support the rights of homeowners and the health of the real estate industry.

The REALTOR® Brand

Education
The Great Smoky Mountains Association of REALTORS® offers an array of Continuing Real Estate Education Courses to its Members, to help ensure that they are current and proficient in the Real Estate Industry.

The Great Smoky Mountains Association of REALTORS® provides Members with frequent opportunities to make meaningful connections with their fellow REALTORS®, and Affiliate Members through Broker Breakfasts, General Membership Meetings, New Member Orientation and the annual Vendor Fair, just to name a few.
